Electric Power Generation definition

Electric Power Generation means the production of electric power using oil and/or its byproducts, natural gas, renewable energy sources, or any other electric power production method.
Electric Power Generation means electric power generating plant including all the property located on the Navajo Nation used for the generation of electric power not owned by the Navajo Nation.
