Electric-Assist Bicycle definition

Electric-Assist Bicycle means a device commonly understood as a bicycle and that is propelled partially by human power in conjunction with an electric motor, upon which a person may ride either on or astride a regular seat attached thereto, having two or more wheels in tandem, allows for the initiation, holding, and ending of a trip without the need of a Kiosk, and as such device is required to be supplied by Supplier and subj ect to Equipment Acceptance by City.
