Elective or appointive officers or Building Representatives are subject to recall for just cause when a petition for initiation of such action signed by at least twenty percent of the Regular Membership is presented to a meeting of the Executive Board.
Elective office means an office regularly filled by vote of the people.
Campaign for elective office means any activity in furtherance of an effort to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of any individual to any federal, State, or local public office or office in a political organization, or the selection, nomination, or election of Presidential or Vice-Presidential electors, but does not include activities (i) relating to the support or opposition of any executive, legislative, or administrative action, (ii) relating to collective bargaining, or (iii) that are otherwise in furtherance of the person's official duties.
Assistant Director means the Asstt. Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Executive Officers means the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer (if any) and the Chief Financial Officer of the Parent.
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.
ex officio director means a person who holds office as a director of a particular company solely as a consequence of that person holding some other office, title, designation or similar status specified in the company’s Memorandum of Incorporation;
Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.
Executive Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company.
Chief elected official means a chairperson of a county board of commissioners, a county executive, a city mayor, a township supervisor, a village president, or his or her designee.
Chief election official means the state official or body that is authorized to certify
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner thereof.
Assistant Commissioner means the Assistant Commissioner of HPD responsible for administration of this Contract or an authorized representative designated in writing by the Assistant Commissioner.
Outside Director means a Director who is not an Employee.
Chairman of the Board means the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation.

Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

Outside Directors means members of the Board who are not officers of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and who are not Acquiring Persons or representatives, nominees, Affiliates or Associates of Acquiring Persons.
