Election Out definition
Election Out has the meaning assigned that term in Section 8.03(c).
Election Out means the election provided by Section 6221(b) of the Code to have Subchapter C of Chapter 63 of Subtitle F of the Code not apply or any analogous election under state or local law.
Election Out has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b)(i).

Each Partner agrees to provide information, documents, self-certifications, tax identification numbers, tax forms, and verifications thereof, that the Partnership Representative or the Designated Individual reasonably requests in connection with fulfilling its duties contemplated in this Section 4.3, including such information needed to make the Election Out and the Push Out Election or an audit or a final adjustment of the Partnership by a taxing authority.
