Election Meeting definition

Election Meeting means any Stockholders Meeting held or to be held for the purpose of electing a Director or Directors to the Board.
Election Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • In the event an Election Meeting involves the election of directors by separate votes by class or classes or series, the determination as to whether an election constitutes a Contested Election shall be made on a class by class or series by series basis, as applicable.

Election Meeting has the meaning set forth Section 3.1(a).

"Investor Group" shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto. "Investor Group Designator" shall mean Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx until his death, disability or resignation. The person serving at any time as Investor Group Designator shall have the right to appoint (or to change), by written notice to the Secretary of the Company, a successor Investor Group Designator who shall become the Investor Group Designator upon the death, disability, or resignation of the Investor Group Designator.
