EITE definition
EITE means Emission-Intensive and Trade-Exposed customers, as those customers are defined in D.12-12-033. These customers receive GHG auction revenues pursuant to formulas adopted in D.14-12-037, as may be modified by the Commission.
EITE means emissions-intensive and trade-exposed.
