EI Regulations definition

EI Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004;
EI Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government Department in relation to such regulations;
EI Regulations means, insofar as applicable in each case, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and any other legislation made in connection with either of those sets of regulations from time to time, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or the Scottish Information Commissioner from time to time in relation to such regulations or other legislation;

Examples of EI Regulations in a sentence

  • By means of a request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 or the Environmental Information (EI) Regulations 2004, in response to which the Council would provide any information which is not covered by any of the statutory exemptions of the FOI Act or EI Regulations.

  • public regulation means any national, provincial or local government legislation or subordinate legislation, or any licence, tariff, directive or similar authorisation issued by a regulatory authority or pursuant to any statutory authority;
