EHT NPI #1 means the 99% net profit interest in the EHT First Resources Properties granted by VHI to EHT;

Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.
