  • Montefiore agrees to execute such further documents or agreements as reasonably requested by Streamline to evidence or give effect to this paragraph, and Montefiore shall cause its Affiliates, including, without limitation, EHIT, to provide releases with respect to their personnel of equal scope to the releases required by this paragraph.
