EGTRRA. The term “EGTRRA” means the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001, which was enacted on June 7, 2001, as Public Law 107-16 and which amended the requirements for Minimum Distributions, Required Beginning Date and Annuity Distributions.
