EFH/EFIH Committee definition

EFH/EFIH Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors of EFH Corp., EFIH, EFIH Finance, and EECI, Inc., appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on October 27, 2014, the membership of which may be reconstituted from time to time.

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Ad Hoc Committee means a special purpose committee of limited duration, appointed by Council to consider a specific matter and which is dissolved automatically upon submitting its final report to Council, unless otherwise directed by Council.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Statutory Committee means any official committee of unsecured creditors in any of the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to Section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Equity Committee means the official committee of equity security holders, appointed pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on March 13, 2009.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
