EFH Disclosure Statement definition

EFH Disclosure Statement means the Disclosure Statement for the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Energy Future Holdings Corp., et al., Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with Respect to the EFH Debtors and EFIH Debtors, dated [ ], 2016 [D.I. ], including all exhibits and schedules thereto, as approved pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order.
EFH Disclosure Statement means (a) with respect to all Holders of Claims against, and Interests in, the EFH Debtors and EFIH Debtors other than Holders of Class B3, Class B4, and Class B6 Claims, the Disclosure Statement for the Fourth Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Energy Future Holdings Corp., et al., Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with Respect to the EFH Debtors and EFIH Debtors, dated September 21, 2016 [D.I. 9616], including all exhibits and schedules thereto, as approved pursuant to the applicable EFH Disclosure Statement Order and (b) with respect to Holders of Class B3, Class B4, and Class B6 Claims, the Disclosure Statement for the Seventh Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Energy Future Holdings Corp., et al., Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with Respect to the EFH Debtors and EFIH Debtors, dated January 4, 2017, [D.I. 10564], including all exhibits and schedules thereto, as approved pursuant to the applicable EFH Disclosure Statement Order .
EFH Disclosure Statement means the Disclosure Statement for the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Energy Future Holdings

  • Continuing Disclosure Agreement means the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6, which shall constitute the continuing disclosure agreement made by the City for the benefit of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds in accordance with the Rule.

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Public statement means a statement made in the ordinary course of business of the public body with the intent that all other members of the public body receive it.

  • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated, and delivered by Seller to Buyer on, the date of this Agreement. The Sections of the Seller Disclosure Schedule will be numbered to correspond to the applicable Section of this Agreement and, together with all matters under such heading, will be deemed to qualify only that Section unless it is manifestly evident from such disclosure that it qualifies another Section, in which case it will be deemed to qualify such other Section.

  • Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.

  • Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.
