EFH designations for New England were approved by the U.S. Department of Commerce on March 3, 1999.
In addition, no EFH review is necessary within the following New York District counties: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Otsego, Schenectady, Schoharie and Warren.
