EEUSHI means Equal Energy US Holdings Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware;
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
abattoir means a building used for the slaughtering of animals with a production of 50 or more units of poultry per day or 6 or more units of red meat and game per day;
SA means the booklet that describes the Health Care Coverage provided to Enrolled Members. The Subscriber Agreement(s) applicable to the initial Rating Period are listed in Section III.
EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
PEI means Petroleum Equipment Institute.
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
GLO means the Texas General Land Office, its officers, employees, and designees.
BW means the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek);
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.
RUB means the lawful currency of the Russian Federation;
EUI means Euroclear UK & Ireland Limited (formerly known as CRESTCO Limited) incorporated in England and Wales under number 2878738.
ABN means Australian Business Number.
GoM means the Government of the State of Maharashtra and any agency, legislative body, department, political subdivision, authority or instrumentality thereof.
€STR means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day, the interest rate representing the wholesale Euro unsecured overnight borrowing costs of banks located in the Euro area provided by the European Central Bank as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator) and published on the Website of the European Central Bank (as defined below) at or before 9:00 a.m. (Frankfurt time) (or, in case a revised euro short-term rate is published as provided in Article 4 subsection 3 of the ECB €STR Guideline at or before 11:00 a.m. (Frankfurt time), such revised interest rate) on the TARGET Business Day immediately following such TARGET Business Day;
BOT means the Bank of Thailand.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711-1715.
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
