Where you are buying Azure services through us or where you are buying through an EA or EES agreement and have granted us Delegated Admin Privileges, our pricing includes access to Microsoft Premier Support.
Annex 1: Managed Azure Pricing Our Managed Azure service pricing depends on whether you buy Azure through Jisc or through an EA or EES agreement and is typically made up of three components: • Azure consumption charges (the fee you pay for the Azure services you are using), including access to Microsoft Premier Support • A core managed service fee • Fees for any Service Options you are using The first of these will not appear if you are buying through an EA or EES agreement.
Where Deutsche Numis acknowledges receipt and accepts an EES order, it will then act in respect of that order but it reserves the right to decline to execute any order for any reason, including legal, regulatory, IT or risk management considerations.
In particular, if you are a EES Client, you are aware that Applicable Law generally prohibits the placing of orders that could cause a false or misleading impression as to the price, volume or supply or demand for securities or which are intended to delay or prevent access to any trading system by another party, or which take unfair advantage of the automated nature of our EES platform.
However, if you have an alternative procurement route for Azure, e.g. by buying through an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES - including the EES Chest Agreement) from your preferred Licence Solution Provider, you can buy our managed service in isolation.
