Eel River Basin Test Date definition

Eel River Basin Test Date means the date on which Foothills California has successfully drilled and completed two xxxxx on the Eel River Properties, in each case (i) with a 90-day sustained daily production rate of at least 400 mcf per day in the Xxxxxxxx formation or with a 90-day sustained daily production rate of at least 1,000 mcf per day in the Lower Rio Dell formation, and (ii) as confirmed in writing by Required Lenders in their sole discretion.
