This Contractor and the Members it represents shall be partners in the same entities, with or without legal personality, such as “Joint Research Unit”, EEIG, enterprise groupings…, the Contractor having been given a proxy to represent the Members in this Consortium Agreement.
The Beneficiaries shall not assign any of the rights and obligations arising from the Grant Agreement except those cases provided for in Article II.25 (transfer of Foreground), without the prior and written authorisation of the BONUS EEIG, National Funding Institutions and the other Beneficiaries.

The layout and content of the reports shall conform to the instructions and guidance notes established by the BONUS EEIG.
The publishable parts of the reports submitted to the BONUS EEIG should be of a suitable quality to enable direct publication.
