Educational Service Provider or “ESP definition
Educational Service Provider or “ESP means an educational management organization as defined under section 503c of the Code, MCL 380.503c, that has entered into a contract or agreement with the Academy Board for operation or management of the Academy, which contract has been submitted to the University Charter Schools Office Director for review as provided in Section 11.15 and has not been disapproved by the University Charter Schools Office Director, and is consistent with the Charter Schools Office Educational Service Provider Policies, as they may be amended from time to time, and Applicable Law.
