Educational costs definition

Educational costs means the same as defined in § 16-56-6.
Educational costs means costs associated with preschool, primary, secondary and post-secondary educational programs and related expenses such as: rooms and board, transportation costs, tuition, books, computers, software, supplies and equipment, uniforms and other items reasonably necessary for completion of the course work or participation in the program.
Educational costs means the dollar amount determined annually by the state board of education as necessary for student tuition, fees, books and such other expenses reasonably related to attendance at an eligible Idaho postsecondary educational institution.

Educational costs means the reasonable costs of providing regular or, except as otherwise provided, special education, but in no event shall such costs exceed the average per pupil cost for regular education students or the actual cost of providing special education for special education students.
