educational building definition
educational building means a building used as a university, college, technical institute, school, academy, research laboratory, lecture hall, convent, monastery, public library, public art gallery or museum;
educational building means a building exclusively used for a school or college, recognised by the appropriate Board or University, or any other competent authority involving assembly for instruction, education or recreation incidental to educational use, and including a building for such other users incidental thereto such as a library or a research institution. It shall also include quarters for essential staff required to reside in the premises, and a building used as a hostel captive to an educational institution whether situated in its campus or not.
educational building means a school building or facility primarily used for providing the educational programs offered by a district in compliance with law which is owned by the district or leased by the district, including a school building or facility used for operating a charter school established under W.S. 21-3-301 through 21- 3-314.
