The Employee shall be loaned by the Company to perform services for the EDPA and shall perform duties and responsibilities that are customary to the President of the EDPA position, or as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of the EDPA.
Consultant hereby represents to the University that Consultant has read and understood the EDPA in Exhibits and agrees to all of its terms and provisions.
