ECSC definition

ECSC shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • ECSC hereby leases the Stadium Complex to StadCo, and StadCo hereby leases the Stadium Complex from ECSC, for the Term, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Stadium Lease.
