Economic Book Value definition
Economic Book Value means, as publicly reported by Parent in its financial results for each fiscal quarter, the consolidated total stockholders’ equity of Parent as determined in accordance with GAAP less the aggregate liquidation preference of any outstanding Preferred Equity of Parent less the difference (which may be a positive or negative number) between the (i) the aggregate value of Residential Mortgage Loans recorded at carrying value on the consolidated balance sheet of Parent (the “Carrying Value Mortgage Loans”) and (ii) the aggregate fair value of the Carrying Value Mortgage Loans.
