The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall not relate to the advantages and privileges which one of the Contracting Parties may grant to third-country investors on account of their membership of an economic or customs union, a common market, A Free-Trade Area, a Regional or Sub-Regional Agreement, a Multilateral Economic Agreement, or an Agreement to avoid double taxation or to promote cross-border trade.
There is incorporated herein by this reference the Municipal Economic Agreement made by and between the City of New York, the College and the UCE of the College effective concurrent with the term hereof.
