As set forth above, in connection with the implementation of any ECM, Contractor is expected to properly assess and, subject to appropriate change orders, ▇▇▇▇▇ pre-existing ACM and LBP as necessary or appropriate incidental to implementation of an ECM.
Upon Substantial Completion of an ECM, Contractor shall deliver to Agency a substantial completion certificate in the form of Exhibit VIII (Certificate of Substantial Completion) with respect to such ECM.
