Exclusive means that, subject to Articles 3 and 5, Stanford will not grant further licenses under the Licensed Patents in the Licensed Field of Use in the Licensed Territory.
Exclusive Field means the use of Licensed Human Therapeutic Products for in vivo treatment of triple negative breast cancer or multiple myeloma/secondary osteoporosis in humans.
