ECCs definition
ECCs means Excess Construction Charges, which are additional install Charges identified by a survey. The Charges apply to whatever work is required in order to deliver the Service to the Site and can include but not be limited to additional cabling, installing or clearing underground ducting;
ECCs. – shall mean Excess Construction Charges relating to the costs of installing the infrastructure required for the provision of Ethernet Services
