The Unit Cost Rate for each person who is Billable Personnel Class for each Period will be calculated in accordance with the following formula: PC UCR = EBH where: UCR = the Unit Cost Rate for the relevant Billable Personnel Class for the relevant Period (expressed as dollars per hour).
