Customer's nominations for service under this Service Classification must be made on the Company’s electronic bulletin board (“EBB”) by the deadline specified on the Company’s EBB on the day prior to gas flow for the next calendar day.
Transporter shall post such forfeited quantities on its EBB as gas available for sale to the highest bidder within a 24 hour notice period.
