East Texas Acreage definition

East Texas Acreage means the Oil and Gas Properties with potential horizontal drilling locations owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx, Shelby, Limestone, Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Counties, Texas, in each case as more specifically described on Schedule 1.02 attached hereto.
