East end crossing definition

East end crossing means the portion of the Ohio River Bridges Project that involves the new east end bridge connecting the Gene Snyder Freeway (KY 841) to the Lee Hamilton Highway (SR 265) along with the approaches in Indiana and Kentucky.
East end crossing means the portion of the Project that involves construction of a new East End Bridge located approximately eight miles upriver of downtown Louisville connecting the Xxxx Xxxxxx Freeway (KY 841) to the Xxx Xxxxxxxx Highway (S.R. 265) along with the approaches in Kentucky and Indiana.
East end crossing means a tolled bridge facility involving construction of a new East End Bridge (Section 5) located about eight miles from downtown Louisville connecting the Gene Snyder Freeway (KY 841) to the Lee Hamilton Highway (Section 6), all as more fully described in the Development Agreement.

  • Crossing means a utility facility constructed over, under, or across a railroad right-of-way. The term does not include longitudinal occupancy of railroad right-of-way.
