Easement Areas definition

Easement Areas means that real property owned by the Declarant which is subject to access rights, lake privileges or other permits, which is more particularly described in Schedule A, Paragraph II of the Master Conveyance together with other areas subject to easements for lake privileges which Declarant areas owns or elects to recognize with recorded covenants.
Easement Areas has the meaning set forth in Section 4.27(ii).
Easement Areas shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.10.

  • Nothing shall be altered or constructed in or removed from the Common Area or Common Easement Areas except with the prior written approval of the Old Fort Bay POA.

More Definitions of Easement Areas

Easement Areas is defined in Section 4.1.
Easement Areas means those easements for ingress and egress, roadways, pedestrian walkways, bikeways, utilities, drainage, holding ponds, and parks, as shown on the recorded plat of the Property, and which include those Homeowners Association Easement Areas shown on the plat attached hereto as party of Exhibit “B”.
Easement Areas means any portion of the Parking Area whereon, wherein, or wherever is located any of the Easements declared and established by this Declaration.
Easement Areas has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1 of this Exhibit A.
Easement Areas refers to those areas on the Covered Property situated outside of the Building Envelopes designated on the Site plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein.
Easement Areas means real property which: (a) directly abuts any Property and (b) directly abuts a public right-of-way, which real property is the subject of an easement (whether or not recorded) agreement which benefits any Property, all of which Easement Areas are listed in Schedule A of the Lender’s Title Insurance Policy so as to be included in the “insured property” description.
Easement Areas shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.4 of the Facility Site Lease.
