EARR definition

EARR means the EARR as described in the Financing Agreement and as the description thereof may be amended from time to time by agreement between ADB and the Beneficiary.

  • HSE is the EA under CDG 2009 except in relation to railways for which ▇▇▇ is the EA in accordance with the provisions of EARR.
