Earnxxx Xxxey definition

Earnxxx Xxxey means the amount so deposited by Purchaser, together with all interest earned thereon while in the custody of Title Company. The "EFFECTIVE DATE" of this Agreement shall be the date the Earnxxx Xxxey and a fully executed copy of this Agreement is delivered to the Title Company and such delivery is acknowledged by the Title Company.
