Dear [●]: Unless otherwise defined in this letter, capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the definitions ascribed to them in the Earnout Escrow Agreement.
The Stockholder Representative shall deliver to the Company a duly executed counterpart of the Earnout Escrow Agreement.
