In the event a Valuation Date occurs less than 12 months after the prior Valuation Date, this Earnings Rate shall be converted to a rate for the period since the last Valuation Date by reducing it to a rate that is appropriate for such shorter period.
The Earnings Rate is used to determine the Earnings Credit that is credited to the Participant’s LRP Account from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.01(d).
