Earnings Rate definition

Earnings Rate means, for each Fund, an amount equal to the net rate of gain or loss on the assets of such Fund during each business day.
Earnings Rate means the interest rate to be applied to Employee Accounts. The Earnings Rate shall be used to determine Account Earnings which will be compounded quarterly. The Earnings Rate shall equal the prime lending rate plus 200 basis points and shall be established at the end of each quarter for the following quarter. The Earnings Rate shall be communicated to Employees after it is established each quarter. After a Change of Control, the Earnings Rate may not be reduced below the Earnings Rate in effect on the date of the Change of Control.
Earnings Rate means, for each Fund, an amount equal to the net rate of gain or loss on the assets of such Fund during a calendar month.

Examples of Earnings Rate in a sentence

  • In the event a Valuation Date occurs less than 12 months after the prior Valuation Date, this Earnings Rate shall be converted to a rate for the period since the last Valuation Date by reducing it to a rate that is appropriate for such shorter period.

More Definitions of Earnings Rate

Earnings Rate means the investment gains and losses, as determined by the Administrator, that are applied to a Participant’s Account no less frequently than annually.
Earnings Rate means the interest rate on a Non-Employee Director's cash deferrals, which shall be the Prime Rate, compounded quarterly.
