Early Separation from Service definition
Early Separation from Service means a Participant’s Separation from Service prior to attaining age fifty (50) and completing five (5) years of service with the Corporation that is not by reason of death or Disability.
Early Separation from Service means a Participant’s Separation from Service prior to attaining age fifty (50) and completing five (5) Years of Service with the Corporation that is not by reason of death or Disability.
Early Separation from Service means the Separation from Service before age 65 for reasons other than death.
Examples of Early Separation from Service in a sentence
Subject to the requirements stated in Section 7.1, above, and notwithstanding the foregoing provisions in Sections 7.2 and 7.3, a Long-Term Deferral and/or Short-Term Deferral shall be paid and distributed to a Participant upon his/her Early Separation from Service.
The time and form of payment in event of an Early Separation from Service is determined and specified by the Corporation under the Plan, and a Participant may not change or modify such time and form of payment, and may not elect otherwise by his/her Election or any Subsequent Election.
