If Client cancels the Service Agreement prior to fulfilling the Initial Term, Client must pay back all Complimentary Promotions spent on Client’s account at the time of cancellation, in addition to any applicable Early Cancellation Fees.
If the Device or SIM is not replaced, the Customer will pay Rogers any applicable Early Cancellation Fees relating thereto.
