Early Cancellation Fees definition

Early Cancellation Fees means the fees payable by you if the contract with you is terminated before its fixed tem has expired in accordance with Clause 16 of this SFOA. Effective Gain Date means the date at which an active Service begins receiving a commercial benefit through reduced cost and/or improved value and inclusions through the application of Optimisation Services or Proactive Price Reductions. Equipment Agreement means the contract with us for the supply of Equipment under this SFOA.

Examples of Early Cancellation Fees in a sentence

  • If Client cancels the Service Agreement prior to fulfilling the Initial Term, Client must pay back all Complimentary Promotions spent on Client’s account at the time of cancellation, in addition to any applicable Early Cancellation Fees.

  • If the Device or SIM is not replaced, the Customer will pay Rogers any applicable Early Cancellation Fees relating thereto.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that the Early Cancellation Fees are payable by the Customer as a genuine pre-estimate of liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

  • Customer is entitled to port their number to another wireless service provider upon termination of a Line in accordance with the requirements, if any, of the CRTC and by paying any Early Cancellation Fees that may be owing to Rogers pursuant to Section 5 of these General Terms and Conditions.

  • If you cancel the Service Agreement prior to fulfilling the Initial Term, Client must pay back all Complimentary Promotions spent on Client’s account at the time of cancellation, in addition to any applicable Early Cancellation Fees.

  • Customer must pay any Early Cancellation Fees within ten (10) business days following the effective date of termination of the Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Early Cancellation Fees shall not be payable if Customer ceases doing any business at the Service Address.

  • The Unauthorized Early Customer Termination Early Cancellation Fees are liquidated damages intended to compensate Rubicon partially for Customer’s breach of the Agreement and are not a penalty.
