EAMP definition

EAMP means the document of the Recipient dated July 2010, including the Pest Management Plan, and setting forth the modalities for environmental screening and procedures for the preparation and implementation of environmental assessments and management plans under the Project, and such term includes all schedules and annexes to the EAMP.
EAMP mean the Environmental Assessment and Management Plan dated November 29, 2004, and Addenda of January 10, 2005 and February 10, 2005, prepared and adopted by NTPC, and approved by STEA (as defined below) through Certificate of Approval dated February 10, 2005, for purposes of analyzing the environmental and social impacts of the Project, and defining procedures, guidelines, rules and measures to mitigate, reduce and/or offset negative environmental and social impacts of the Project, and enhance the environmental and social benefits to be derived from the Project; as said Plan may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
EAMP or “Environmental Assessment and Management Plan” means the Recipient’s environmental assessment and management plan, satisfactory to the Association, dated March 31, 2014, disclosed on the Ministry of Education’s website on April 4, 2014 and on the Association’s website on April 7, 2014; and updated and disclosed on the Ministry of Education’s website on July 17, 2019 and on the Association’s website on December 9, 2020; setting forth a set of screening, mitigation, and monitoring measures to be taken in connection with the carrying out of any works under the Project, to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • The Consultant shall agree to execute and be bound by any additional non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements that NYSDOT or any other agency, consortia, corporation or other entity which requires such non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement to be executed before data, software, code or other information shall be provided to NYSDOT’s EAMP System.

  • If NYSDOT determines that any applicable portion of NYSDOT’s EAMP System has not successfully met the requirements of any applicable system acceptance during any System Implementation Phase, NYSDOT shall promptly notify Consultant in writing (hereinafter referred to as "notice of failure") and shall specify with as much detail as possible in which respects the System does not perform properly.
