EAHCP definition

EAHCP or “HCP” means the habitat conservation plan prepared pursuant to S.B. 3 and Section 10(a)(2)(A) of the federal Endangered Species Act and submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on or about December 11, 2011 (as revised June 2012).
