Eagletown Project Site definition

Eagletown Project Site means the real property described on Exhibit A-2 hereto, which is the site of the Eagletown Project within the Allocation Area.

  • Subject to obtaining any required GovernmentalApprovals, the Developer may make changes to the Eagletown Project Site Plan or any aspect thereof as site conditions or other issues of feasibility may dictate or as may be required to meet the reasonable requests of prospective tenants or as may be necessary or desirable in the sole discretion of the Developer to enhance the economic viability of the Project as may be in furtherance of the general objectives of the Redevelopment Plan and this Agreement.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

A brownfield site shall not include property which has been placed, or is proposed for placement, on the national priorities list established pursuant to the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground.
