Eagle Plan Consolidation definition

Eagle Plan Consolidation means the deemed consolidation of the estates of the Eagle Debtors with one another, solely for purposes of confirmation of the Plan and the occurrence of the Effective Date, including all voting, confirmation, and claims distribution purposes.
