E.164 definition

E.164 means the ITU-T Recommendation E.164: The International Public Telecommunication Numbering Plan, 2010.
E.164 means the E.164 numbering structure as defined by the International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T).
