E-Platform definition

E-Platform means the electronic platform to be established by the E-Service Provider for the purpose of the Scheme, with the objective to create a fair and competitive tendering environment for proper procurement of the Contractor by minimizing potential manipulation of the tendering process, to facilitate receipt of expression of interest, despatch of tender documents, receipt of inquiries from potential tenderers and such inquiries shall be dealt with by the AP/RI.
E-Platform means the Company’s online learning and mentoring marketplace with website address: www.myelearning.ai.

Examples of E-Platform in a sentence

  • Any transactions of the Customer and other users of the E-Platform shall be concluded exclusively at the financial risk of the Customer, and the Service Provider shall under no circumstances be liable for any such transactions.

  • Where a user does not extend the selected Plan or does not switch to another Plan, the data uploaded by the Customer to the E-Platform shall be stored for up to 30 days from the date of expiry of the last paid Plan.

  • Amendments to the Agreement shall become effective following their publication on the E-Platform.

  • The Customer shall also be liable completely and in full for all and any transactions concluded using the E-Platform upon logging in to the Customer’ account, even if such transactions are concluded by unlawfully using the Customer’s login information.

  • Where the Customer uses free InfoTrans Service provision Plans, data in the Customer’s account may be entered not only by the Customer but also by other users of the E-Platform.

  • The Customer shall conclude transactions on the E-Platform with other users of the E- Platform independently, in its own name, at its own expense and risk, without the participation or control on the part of the Service Provider.

  • Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Agreements are terminated and of no further force and effect; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Section 9 of both the E-Platform Agreement and Exclusive Services Agreement shall survive the execution of this Agreement.

  • Personal Data held on any portable device shall be encrypted in accordance with Defence policy (the current Defence policy will be made available via the Army Apprenticeship Team’s E-Platform Site).

  • Information intended for the Customer may also be provided in the Customer’s account on the E-Platform.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
