E-PLAN definition

E-PLAN means e-PlanSoft.
E-PLAN means the department’s web-based electronic plan and document workflow system that allows citizens and City staff to initiate and complete the building permit plan submission, review and approval process on-line.

Examples of E-PLAN in a sentence

  • Multipoint-to-multipoint EVCs. There are two types of E-LAN services: EP-LAN, which provides a transparent LAN service; and EVP-LAN, in which participating UNIs can be devoted to different services.

  • If this obligation is infringed, a contractual penalty shall be due immediately in the amount of a single license fee, notwithstanding the right of EPLAN to full compensation.

  • Should the latter be the case, EPLAN shall also have the right to full compensation.

  • EPLAN shall only bear its own costs involved in such an audit, on condition that all the costs associated with the audit are for account of the licensee if it is established that the licensee is infringing or has infringed this license contract in any way.

  • If within five working days after installation no word has been received from the licensee by EPLAN, the software shall be deemed to have been accepted.

  • If a fault is found in the software that leads to the software not functioning in accordance with the specifications (hereinafter called: a fault) the licensee shall immediately report this to EPLAN.

  • EPLAN shall be entitled to charge the licensee for this support to be given to the licensee.

  • The licensee shall undertake to cooperate with such an audit and to give EPLAN access for this purpose to the physical place where the software, or the computer configuration on which the software functions, is located.

  • In case of loss EPLAN shall only replace the dongles upon payment of the then applicable single license fee.

  • A separate contract must be signed for any support by EPLAN in this (see hereinafter article 7).
