E-Commerce Platform definition

E-Commerce Platform means the series of software and hardware applications (and related services) integrated into and used in the operation of, and through which Sellers sell inventory to consumers who place orders for such inventory through and any websites used by Sellers and related internet or “app” based sales, marketing, advertising, and social media channels, including the Contracts pursuant to which such software and hardware applications (and related services) are owned or licensed by Sellers.
E-Commerce Platform means any digital platform that facilitates the sale of goods between suppliers, whether own-goods-sellers or sales intermediaries, and consumers who transact through the platform,
E-Commerce Platform means Systems operated by Sellers through which Sellers display and/or sell goods or services to consumers who place orders through, any internet-based site owned by a Seller, including the website located at “xxx.xxxx0.xxx” (and similar permutations thereof where such Internet domain names are owned by a Seller) and related internet or mobile application based sales, marketing, and advertising conducted by Sellers and Social Media Accounts owned and operated by Sellers.

E-Commerce Platform means the technology that we use to conduct the online sale of optical goods and accessories, and includes our construction, management and operation of our proprietary websites and websites for third parties, such as Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., or Walmart, Sam’s Club and Giant Eagle, which we refer to herein as our “e-commerce business.”

E-Commerce Platform means the E-Commerce Platform (with the domain name as specified in the White Label Payment Gateway Application Form) and the mobile application (with the name as specified in the White Label Payment Gateway Application Form / Request Letter) which are established by the Client for the purposes of enabling the Customers to carry out Transactions for purchase of / availing Products or Services.
E-Commerce Platform means the E-Commerce Platform (with the domain name as specified in the Pay2Corp Application Form / Request Letter/Client Service Letter) and the mobile application (with the name as specified in the Pay2Corp Application Form / Request Letter/ Client Service Letter) which are established by the Client for the purposes of enabling the Customers to carry out Transactions for purchase of / availing Products or Services.
E-Commerce Platform means the Software and hardware that support and enable operation of the websites of the Acquired Business (including FTD.com and ProFlowers.com) through which Sellers gather orders from customers.
E-Commerce Platform means the series of software and hardware applications, including computer hardware and cloud servers, that are integrated into, and through which Sellers transact with customers who enter into subscriptions or place orders for inventory through xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/ (and similar permutations thereof), including the Assumed Contracts set forth on Schedule 2.1(a) pursuant to which such software and hardware applications are owned or licensed by Sellers.
