DWSD Bonds definition

DWSD Bonds means the secured bonds issued pursuant to the DWSD Bond Documents, as set forth on Exhibit I.A.110.

Examples of DWSD Bonds in a sentence

  • The DWSD shall, as necessary: (1) execute the New DWSD Bond Documents, issue the New DWSD Bonds substantially on the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.177, and distribute the New DWSD Bonds as set forth in the Plan; and (2) execute the New Existing Rate DWSD Bond Documents, issue the New Existing Rate DWSD Bonds substantially on the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.179, and distribute the New Existing Rate DWSD Bonds as set forth in the Plan.

  • DWSD Bond Claims relating to each CUSIP of DWSD Bonds shall be separately classified, as reflected on Exhibit I.A.106, with each Class receiving the treatment set forth below.

  • An election to receive New Existing Rate DWSD Bonds pursuant to the foregoing sentence constitutes an irrevocable waiver of any and all rights to object to the Plan on any grounds, and any such objection may be disregarded by the Bankruptcy Court solely on the basis of such election.

  • Treatment Option for Classes that Accept the Plan: Each Holder of an Allowed DWSD Bond Claim in an impaired Class of DWSD Bond Claims that accepts the Plan may elect to receive New Existing Rate DWSD Bonds having a principal amount equal to the principal amount of the DWSD Bonds held by such Holder in lieu of New DWSD Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $450,000 of the Series C Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Stocks and bonds means stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and all other types of securities and financial instruments, whether held directly, indirectly, or in any other manner. The term does not include commodity futures contracts and call or put options on stocks or stock indexes.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.
