Dwelling, Two-Unit definition

Dwelling, Two-Unit means a building divided into two (2) dwelling units as herein defined, each of which is occupied or intended to be occupied as the permanent home or residence of one (1) family or household.
Dwelling, Two-Unit means a building for residential use designed to accommodate 2 family units to be occupied by 2 families living independently of each other.
Dwelling, Two-Unit means a building for residential use designed to accommodate two family units to be occupied by two families living independently of each other.

Dwelling, Two-Unit means a principal building used exclusively for residential purposes and consisting of two (2) principal dwelling units, and each principal dwelling unit in a Two-Unit Dwelling may include one fully enclosed Secondary Suite as an independent dwelling unit located within the principal building.

  • Dwelling unit means a room or suite of rooms used, or designed or intended for use by one person or persons living together, in which culinary and sanitary facilities are provided for the exclusive use of such person or persons;
