Connected means, in relation to any Premises or System, that there is a physical connection between those Premises or that System and a Transmission System or a Distribution System other than a Distribution System or a Transmission System owned or operated by the Rural Areas Electricity Company SAOC and Connect and Connection shall be construed accordingly;
Inter-connected Entity means two or more companies having any of the following features:-
Connected Persons means, in each case, to the extent that they are involved in the Transaction are the Employer’s directors, shareholders, affiliate(s), officers, employees and advisers, agents and representatives;
Inter-connected Agency means two or more companies having any of the following features:
Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the housing party.
Illicit connection means any man-made conveyance connecting an illicit discharge directly to a municipal separate storm sewer.
Performing means (a) with respect to any Portfolio Investment that is debt, the issuer of such Portfolio Investment is not in default of any payment obligations in respect thereof after the expiration of any applicable grace period and (b) with respect to any Portfolio Investment that is Preferred Stock, the issuer of such Portfolio Investment has not failed to meet any scheduled redemption obligations or to pay its latest declared cash dividend, after the expiration of any applicable grace period.
Incident means any interruption in Services.
Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;
Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.
Connected Person in relation to a company, means:
undertaker means the undertaker as defined in article 2 of this Order.
Medium-duty vehicle or “MDV” means any pre-1995 model year heavy-duty vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or less; any 1992 through 2006 model-year heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.1, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; any 1995 through 2002 model year heavy-duty vehicle certified to the Tier 1 standards in Section E.1.1.1 having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; and any 2000 and subsequent model heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.2, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating between 8,501 and 14,000 pounds.
Connected piping means all underground piping including valves, elbows, joints, flanges, and flexible connectors attached to a tank system through which regulated substances flow. For the purpose of determining how much piping is connected to any individual UST system, the piping that joins two UST systems should be allocated equally between them.
Derelict Vehicle means a Vehicle which is any one or more of the following:
Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;
Duty station means the place that is designated as an employee’s official headquarters.
Water Course means a natural channel or an artificial channel formed by training or diversion of a natural channel meant for carrying storm and waste water.
Asset-Related Property shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.1(b).
Heavy-duty vehicle means any motor vehicle having a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating greater than 6,000 pounds, except passenger cars.
Motorcycling Activities means performing or participating in any capacity in any authorised or recognised Motorcycling Organisation event, meeting or activity;
Duties and Charges means in relation to any particular transaction or dealing all stamp and other duties, taxes, Government charges, bank charges, transfer fees, registration fees and other duties and charges in connection with the increase or decrease of the Trust Property or the creation, issue, sale, transfer, redemption or purchase of Units or the sale or purchase of Investment or in respect of the issue, transfer, cancellation or replacement of a Certificate or otherwise which may have become or may be payable in respect of or prior to or upon the occasion of the transaction or dealing in respect of which such duties and charges are payable, but do not include the remuneration payable to the Distribution Company or any Commission payable to agents on sales and redemption of Units or any Commission charges or costs which may have been taken into account in ascertaining the Net Asset Value.
Interconnected Entity means either the Interconnection Customer or the Interconnected Transmission Owner; Interconnected Entities shall mean both of them. Interconnected Transmission Owner:
Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
Incurred means that a covered expense is Incurred on the date the service is rendered or the supply is obtained. With respect to a course of treatment or procedure which includes several steps or phases of treatment, covered expenses are Incurred for the various steps or phases as the services related to each step are rendered and not when services relating to the initial step or phase are rendered. More specifically, covered expenses for the entire procedure or course of treatment are not Incurred upon commencement of the first stage of the procedure or course of treatment.
Other Connection Taxes means, with respect to any Recipient, Taxes imposed as a result of a present or former connection between such Recipient and the jurisdiction imposing such Tax (other than connections arising from such Recipient having executed, delivered, become a party to, performed its obligations under, received payments under, received or perfected a security interest under, engaged in any other transaction pursuant to or enforced any Loan Document, or sold or assigned an interest in any Loan or Loan Document).
