Dutch Policy Rule definition

Dutch Policy Rule means the policy rule issued by the Dutch Central Bank in relation to the Dutch Banking Exemption Regulation dated December 29, 2004 (Beleidsregel 2005 kernbegrippen markttoetreding en handhaving Wtk 1992) as amended from time to time.
